After being scammed once and looking through countless puppy stores for the perfect puppy. We finally came to the right place! The puppies are treated very nicely here. The workers will follow up with you after you received the puppy and/or is available via text or phone calls. If there is any fear that you will be scammed, it is not here. If there is any fear that there won’t be any support for owners or even first time owners, look no more (even though it’s still a handful I must admit it’s the journey expected when you get a puppy).

First of all I want to thank you, you are a group of people who always answered all my questions in the best way. It was not easy for me to take the step of buying the dog, because it was online and I was afraid it was a scam, but I checked and read their good reviews and when I talked to them I calmed down a bit, the girls at the store were very friendly with me. The dog, my Rottweiler is beautiful and healthy the people who brought him to the door of my house excellent service I don’t remember the name now but I still left a review on the page is express puppy🤔I think.., they were always in contact with me. It’s been 7 months since we got our mini golden doodle at Galencia Pets SA. The workers are knowledgeable and friendly. We first saw our puppy Sofia on IG and called in. We were able to play with her the same day! A few days later, she was ours. We took her to a vet of our choice and she still is in perfect health. Thank God. We really didn’t want to buy a puppy from a pet shop but once we saw Sofia, we knew we had a bond. Also, this shop doesn’t get their puppies from puppy mills so we felt it was a good choice. When we picked her up we got some food to take home for her and they put on some cute bows and a bandana. So adorable! We are super happy with Sofia and she is definitely living her best life.

I have purchased 3 pups from this location & let me tell you, they are amazing. Not only do they have a vast knowledge on all the pups they carry, you can tell they have a deep care for them. Ok, I don’t usually write reviews, but this business deserves a review 100%. I got a Shiba Inu puppy nearly two months ago. This was a new experience because I usually had support from my parents with my past dog. But now I was all alone. They guided me because she is a timid puppy, and I was inexperienced with this situation.

We bought English Bulldog puppy from Galencia Pets SA. I was referred to them after seeing another gorgeous dog that came from them. I gotta say…they are the way to go if you are looking to buy a puppy. Excellent communication, polite and friendly staff. They really care about the dogs and customers. I had weeks looking for a place to buy my puppy, but a lot of places are scams. I ended up finding this place and hands up is the Best dog place ever! I just got my baby yesterday and I am so happy. Fast pick up the dog was perfectly clean and healthy. They gave me bag with food and some other stuff. Definitely recommend this place.

Best experience!! We had the pleasure of working with Ash and she was amazing! She arranged videos and pictures to be sent from the breeder before we received our new baby Piper.
